Applications for the Apprenticeship Training Program for the Fire Sprinkler Industry will be accepted during the five (5) day period, Monday through Friday.

Applicants must complete an application IN PERSON during the five (5) days listed above between 9am and 1pm only. No Exceptions will be made!

Applicants MUST meet the following requirements before applying for the apprenticeship program.

  1. Applicants must have proof of legal residency. Bring a birth certificate, current alien I.D. or U.S. Passport.

  2. Applicants must be eighteen (18) years or older at time of application. Bring a birth certificate, or baptismal record or a CA driver’s license.

  3. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

  4. Applicants must be a High School graduate or equivalent. Bring one of the following: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Report (grade average must be 45 or better over 5 subjects with no (1) subject of forty or less) or High School Proficiency Test.

ORIGINAL OR CERTIFIED DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF APPLICATION - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Those who complete the initial application will be scheduled to come back for a WRITTEN TEST and then an ORAL INTERVIEW before being placed on an ACTIVE WAITING LIST.

NOTE: Completion of application procedures does not guarantee you a job. The entire process will require 3 separate visits to our facility. If and when you are called to accept a position, you will be required to take a drug screen (no re-tests allowed). Good work and school habits, reliable transportation and ability to cope with the construction site environment are a must.

Our five-year apprenticeship program is designed to provide new members with a comprehensive foundation, offering the necessary tools and knowledge to not only succeed but also excel in the specialized field of fire suppression.
